I appreciate that when I go in and say, "I need 'X' fixed" there is never any upsell on extra services. If anything is brought up it is more of a heads-up. They have been truly flexible with both my truck and my wife's car when it has come to our repairs, and that is greatly appreciated.

I choose Garner Auto Specialist because it was convenient and literally right across the street. So i wasn't sure what to expect but the customer service at this business is top tier. Chris is extremely nice, respectful, and knowledgeable. I appreciate him and his team going above and beyond to ensue that my issue was fixed without it being an inconvenience to me. I would most certainly recommend Garner Auto Specialists to anyone.
